Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in podiatrists and key support staff who are committed to clinical excellence and to treating every patient with respect and empathy.
Podiatrists
- Board-qualified or board-certified in podiatric medicine and surgery (3-year residency preferred or equivalent experience).
- Comfortable managing a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, deformity, diabetic wounds, and reconstructive surgery.
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely patient-centered approach to care.
- Interest in growing a practice, building referral relationships, and participating in quality initiatives.

Clinical and Administrative Team Members
- Medical assistants and clinical support staff with prior podiatry or outpatient experience (preferred but not required).

Where You’ll Practice
WeTreatFeet Podiatry serves patients across multiple locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the greater Washington, DC region, offering convenient access and a diverse mix of clinical settings.
- Suburban offices in communities such as Owings Mills, Dundalk, Eldersburg, Towson, Odenton, DC, Lancaster, and more.
- Opportunities to practice in both office-based and hospital/ASC environments, depending on the role and location.
- Support from an experienced central team that helps coordinate schedules, referrals, and operations so you can focus on patient care.
