Dr. Mintzer is a Washington DC area native with over 32 years experience treating all types of Podiatric problems. He attended the University of MD, and graduated from the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia . After graduation, he completed his training with a Surgical Residency in Baltimore. He has served on various hospital committees, as well as the DC Podiatric Medical Association .
