grew up in Maryland; graduated in Microbiology from the University of Maryland. His love of science led him to research work on a synthetic red blood cell surrogate at the Naval Research Lab in Washington, D.C. He earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from the California College of Podiatric Medicine
Dr. Knoll completed a surgical residency in the forefoot and rearfoot surgery and medicine from Florida Medical Center in Florida. He has been practicing for 26 years in Maryland and Washington D.C.
